Below is the email newsletter sent to all of our clients on 26 April, 2019 regarding a review of our hourly rates and our recently introduced "Valued Client Discount".

Dear Recipient,

We would like to thank you for your ongoing custom as an indie.web client. It is a pleasure to support your business in the online sphere and we look forward to working for you in the future.

It has been some time since we reviewed our hourly rates: 7 years to be exact. As prices continue to increase nationwide across various industries and in web development in particular we have concluded it is time for another review. As of 1 April 2019, our hourly rate for web design and development work has increased to $120.00*/hr.

Valued Client Discount

The good news is that we are also introducing a tiered Valued Client Discount system. From 1 April 2019, indie.web clients will receive a discounted rate dependent on the hours of work generated in the previous financial year:

Non-Profit Organisations

indie.web has always supported non-profit organisations by offering a discounted hourly rate. To keep our accounting system manageable, the following discounts apply for non-profit organisations from 1 April 2019:
